THE BASIS OF THE NATIONAL ECONOMY

The material is devoted to state and perspectives of industry development in Ukraine. The author analyzes results of industrial complex development over 2002 and stresses popularity of Ukrainian industrial output on world markets. The article also considers a number of main reasons preventing growth of national industry. Ministry of industrial policy of Ukraine develops the Concept of state industrial policy and State program of industry development over 2003 - 2011 to this end. Purposes of these documents' creation and effect from their accomplishment for Ukrainian's industry are examined in the article. The author studies sources of financing of national industrial complex development including such opportunities as external and internal investments, resources of the State budget, and funds of enterprises.
