Ukraine's commercial courts system

This specialized court system consists of commercial courts, commercial appellate courts on the regional level, and the Supreme Business Court of Ukraine. Decisions by the Supreme Business Court can be reversed by appeal to the Supreme Court of Ukraine. Higher business courts are obligated to consider complaints from parties concerning lower court decisions. There are four types of court competent to consider business disputes. The higher court has the right to modify or revoke the decision of a lower court in this system. ourt decisions are delivered in name of Ukraine, and must be fulfilled throughout the country. Judges are guided exclusively by the acting legislation of Ukraine.
