ESD forms alliance triad

ESD, or Efficient Service Delivery, has a ￡560M deal to deliver projects, such as work on reservoirs, water treatment works and pumping stations, over the next six years for Scottish Water's non-infrastructure Quality and Standards IV (Q&S) framework. Projects being worked on by ESD include a ￡12.4M, two-year scheme to tackle sewer flooding in Elmvale Row, Springburn, where 34 properties have experienced recurring problems with flooding for a number of years. aBV is installing 13,500m3 of stormwater storage into the sewer network to alleviate the surcharging of the sewer system.
