Optimise to complete AMP5 capex work at Thames

Optimise carries out capital works for Thames Water. In year five of AMP5, the joint venture delivered some ￡122M Value of Work Done (VOWD) for Thames Water's Capital Programme. This included completion of the ￡2oM Maida Vale flooding scheme, which removed 184 properties from being at risk of sewer flooding. The year also saw a further 248 properties removed from being at risk of flooding in both north London and Thames Valley. Optimise has also completed many clean water works including lead pipe replacement for north London, where it has replaced services for 3,646 properties.
