Asian Prices Surge for Epichlorohydrin Amid Tight Supply

Prices for epichlorohydrin (ECH) are rising sharply in the Asian market. Already having shown high demand for derivatives of late, the market now seen the supply-demand balance tighten on the back of a spate of force majeure declarations in the West. This has then caused Asian prices to rise further, with Asian ECH prices rising to around $2,500 per ton in April and still remaining high now.
