摘要

Heteropolyacid based inorganic composite material has been prepared by a sol-gel method assisted by a structure director. PFSA-inorganic composite membranes have been prepared with various weight loadings of the composite. The films have been characterized by various techniques such as XRD, IR, SEM and AFM. Proton conductivity of the films modified by the composite inorganic material has been compared with the control PFSA film. Enhanced proton conductivities have been achieved at 95% and 80% RH for the modified films.
