Australia introduces agchem approval conditions

Australia has introduced a new condition on the registration of agrochemical active ingredients and products. The Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals Code (Conditions of Approval or Registration) Order 2021 requires that agricultural products and ais must not be supplied if the ai’s or product’s manufacture contravenes any manufacturing law of the country, or part of the country, in which it is manufactured. The rule came into effect on October 29th.
