Punjab Chemicals clocks 27% rise in consolidated Q2 revenues

Indian company Punjab Chemicals and Crop Protection (Mumbai) reported a 27.3% rise in consolidated revenues to Rs 2,088 million ($27.8 million at the current rate) for its second fiscal quarter ended September 30th. The quarter witnessed an improvement of 16% in international revenues to Rs 1,046 million ($13.9 million), while domestic business surged by nearly 41% to fetch the company Rs 1,038 million ($13.8 million). Agrochemicals accounted for 75% of the company’s revenues during its first quarter.
