UPL’s NPP/Kimitec agree US biologicals deal

UPL’s biological crop protection subsidiary, Natural Plant Protection (NPP), has forged a strategic collaboration with Spanish biologicals business Kimitec (Almeria) for the development and supply of biological products in the US. The deal allows NPP to leverage technology from Kimitec’s MAAVi innovation centre, besides distributing five of the latter’s formulations in the US for use on field crops, fruits and vegetables, and nuts.
