Corteva opens seed research facility in Texas

Corteva Agriscience has opened a seed research station in Navasota,in the US state of Texas.The facility will allow the company to expand research,pre-commercial product testing,and characterisation efforts for sorghum and maize products.It will focus on capturing field data,deploy predictive analytics tools to gather better data more efficiently,and apply an analytics-based approach to the conditions in south central Texas,Corteva says.The unit will employ the company's focused,intensively managed product advancement,characterisation and testing(IMPACT)model to aid in the development of products.
