Seipasa launches Fungisei biofungicide in France: 07 June 2022

Spanish biological crop protection business Seipasa (Valencia) has launched its Bacillus subtilis-based biofungicide, Fungisei, in France after obtaining its phytosanitary registration. The product controls diseases such as powdery mildew (Uncinula necator), Botrytis spp and Alternaria spp on berries, grapevines, vegetable crops, tomatoes and chili peppers. Seipasa claims that its Furity technology guarantees the microbial stability of the active ingredient for the two-year shelf life required for phytosanitary products. Furthermore, it notes that Fungisei comes in a liquid formulation 'free of chemical preservatives'.
