Japanese company Mitsui & Co’s subsidiaries, Spiess-Urania Chemicals and Kocide, have merged under the brand, Cosaco. The business will be a global supplier of copper salt pesticides in various agriculture and industrial segments. The company will run the motto, “essential copper salts”, and combine 260 years of development of copper salt technologies.
