Russian producers are largely committed on prilled urea for February and March. Traders bidding for prills are fnding little available, producers having sold extensively into Latin America and other cargoes loading for Africa. Granular urea prices are also frm, one cargo ofered late last week being bid up by several traders chasing the tonnage.
