RCF has called the next, much-anticipated tender to buy urea, closing on 9 October and requesting shipment from load ports by 16 November. Ofers are to be valid until 19 October. RCF is expected to seek in excess of 1.5mn t. This follows the 1.8mn t booked by MMTC last time out under its 26 August tender.
