摘要

AimLignocellulosic biomass, mostly by agricultural and forestry sources, mainly consists of cellulose, hemicelluloses, and lignin. White rot fungi are known to be efficient degraders of cellulose due to their ligninolytic enzyme system. The use of Pleurotus ostreatus AMRL 141 as a biological treatment of wheat straw (WS) was explored to determine the most significant variables affecting the cultivation of fungus.
