Blumenauer, LaHood Announce Bill to Make Energy Credits Transferable

Representatives Earl Blumenauer (Oregon) and Darin Hood (Illinois), both members of the House Ways and Means Committee, have introduced the Renewable Energy Transferability Act. This legislation would allow for the transfer of renewable energy tax credits which the congressmen hope would increase innovation and increase the use of renewable energy such as wind and solar.
