Ltd(49 percent), oo April 17 started up its newly-built 300 kA pre-baked potline with nameplate capacity of 220,000tpy, according to an announcement by Shanxi Guanlv. Guanglv Huasheng is expected to produce 120,000 tonnes of primary aluminum in the rest of 2006.
