摘要

Seven central departments jointly issued a document enhance the management over exploitation of tungsten, tin and antimony resources. It says in the document: China is rich in tungsten, tin and antimony resources, with reserves, output and export ranking top of the world...But there are still serious problems in the industries: frequent occurrence of illegal and excessive exploitation of these resources results in great loss of the minerals, damage to the environment and mining accidents; disordered competition between producers leads to over-supply of the products in the market; primary products represent a big proportion among the products-mix, and structure of products-mix needs improving. Suggestions are given in the document to guide the development of tungsten, tin and antimony industries. First, development programme shall be drawn to guide the industries; quotas for production and export shall be stipulated and distributed to related enterprises.
