Square billet prices drop again in CIS export market

In the third week of January, square billet exporters have understood they will hardly manage to push through a price increase in the near future. Having in mind the forecast drop in scrap quotations in Turkey, buyers are more careful with purchases, for they hope for further discounts from suppliers in the Azov-Black Sea ports.
