Export prices for CIS longs move up again

CIS longs exporters keep pushing prices up. Quotations of CIS products in the Azov-Black Sea basin are still mainly bolstered by upward policy of Turkish suppliers, both in the domestic and export markets. Thus, in a week most CIS producers have lifted export prices for rebar and wire rod by $5-10/t. In such conditions African buyers have resumed purchases, waiting for the trend to persist in the short term.
