摘要

N-doped graphitized carbon (NGC) supported Co@Ru core–shell bimetallic catalysts were successfully produced by wet impregnation–carbothermal reduction. The structure, composition and morphology of the catalyst were characterized by XRD, Raman, BET, H2-TPR, XPS, TEM and TG. During the carbothermal reduction, the graphitization of carbon and doping of N into the above graphitized carbon proceeded simultaneously with the reduction of metal ions. The formation of Co@Ru core–shell structure and N-doped graphitized carbon made the catalyst exhibit excellent catalytic performance in N-ethylcarbazole (NEC) hydrogenation reactions. At 130 °C, 6 MPa, and 0.3 wt% of catalyst addition, the NEC conversion rate was 100%, and the 12H-NEC selectivity was 99.1%. After 10 consecutive cycles, the NEC conversion rate can still be maintained at 100%, and the 12H-NEC selectivity was above 92.22%, which was significantly better than that of other catalysts. The excellent performance of the Co@Ru/NGC catalyst was attributed to the metal structure and the close interface contact between the metal nanoparticles and carrier.
