Settlement is a major issue, particularly for roads that need to cater for high loading on land that has weak underlying subsoils. Fillmaster blocks, made from expanded polystyrene (EPS), provide a solution to this by reducing the pressure on road embankments, leading to more stable foundations and less settlement.
