Edinburgh Castle formed the backdrop to the Institute's annual dinner at the Balmoral Hotel last month. Council and Scottish Branch members all enjoyed a great time as you can see in the photos! Speaking at the dinner after a welcome from local chairman, Campbell Divertie, Institute President, Tony Sharp, said "This has been a momentus day for IHIE, with a unanimous vote at the AGM in favour of changing our name.
