Eurovia enters into joint venture with Aggregate

Contractor Eurovia and materials supplier Aggregate Industries have formed a joint venture for materials supply on the ￡750 million Isle of Wight Private Finance Initiative (PFI) highways concession on the Isle of Wight. Wight Building Materials Limited will supply asphalt, concrete, pre-cast and aggregate materials to the Eurovia's Island Roads consortium, which also includes VINCI Concessions and Meridiam Investments.
