To add to their range of drug glycoprofiling products, Ludger Ltd now offer the LudgerSep~(TM) x40 ammonium formate buffer concentrate for glycan amide HPLC. Preparation of ammonium formate buffer is laborious and variations in buffer pH between batches can result in out of specification problems during glycan analysis. The new x40 concentrate makes preparation of clean, consistent ammonium formate buffer easy - simply dilute with water and use directly for elution gradients for glycan HPLC.
