Mills’ prices to keep going up in February-March

Domestic prices for 57?108 mm GOST 10704(05) welded pipes withJanuary delivery increased by 3?5%.Given the volumes of relatively low-priced feedstock and finished productsleft from the previous months, pipe quotes were rising slower thanHR coils tags in January. As the stocks get depleted, finished productsprices will be in line with HRC quotes. Domestic HRC prices to weldedpipes producers will gain 7?9% in February and remain intact in March-April, Metal Expert forecasts. Higher production costs will have a decisiveimpact on welded pipes makers’ domestic pricing.
