SUNNINGWELL INTERNATIONAL POLSKA TO LEASE HUTA CZESTOCHOWA

An official receiver of Poland’s Huta Czestochowa has elected Poland’s Sunningwell International Polska, a financial group backed by the Chinese banks, as a tenant of the steel plant, local media report. The 12-month lease agreement is scheduled for signing on September 12. Upon the lease term expi- ration, Sunningwell International Polska will gain the right to acquire Huta Czestochowa.
