摘要

Nine-day-old S. litura larvae were treated with decamethrin [deltamethrin] formulated using five solvents viz., xylene, benzene, toluene, C-IX and aromex and seven emulsifiers viz., Triton X-100, Tween-80, Teepol, Swascofix DP-50, Sapcomul N4S, Sapcomul N4R and Sapcomul S52B, and maintained under 16+-2 degC or 27+-1 degC. The toxicity of decamethrin increased with decreasing temperature. The lethal dose of decamethrin was highest when formulated using S52B as emulsifier (LC50=0.000099) and toluene as solvent (LC50=0.000015).
