摘要

Field experiments were carried-out during 1995-2000 in the vertisol to study the performance of soybean during kharif in wheat-soybean cropping system. The varying level of nutrients (organic, inorganic, organic + inorganic and bio-fertiliser) were applied to wheat crop alone in rabi season and soybean was grown in the residual fertility of the previous wheat crop. The bio-logical yield of soybean due to the residual effect of treatments were significant, however, the grain yield due to these treatments were non-significant over the years. The fertility treatments which produced higher grain yield of wheat could induce higher bio-logical yield of soybean but could not influence the grain yield similarly.
