As the first manufacturer of the 1,000 A Fused-Core~R particle, Advanced Materials Technology recognises the benefits of unrestricted pore access when analysing large proteins. HALO~R BioClass Protein phases have been developed in both 400 A and 1,000 A to make the separation of large molecules by reversed-phase chromatography easier and more efficient. HALO~R Protein columns are available with C4 or new sterically-protected ES-C18 chemistries in both 2.7 urn and 3.4 urn particle sizes. Perfect for the separation of large biomolecules s 500 kDa including monoclonal antibodies (mAbs), antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs), and biosimilars, HALO~R Fused-Core~R columns produce narrow peaks are higher recoveries versus smaller-pore phases and fully-porous molecules. Additionally, HALO~R 2.7 urn columns offer comparable peak capacities to sub-2 urn fully-porous columns at 40-50% of the backpressure.
