For Bill Cookshaw and Marie Rowe of Cee Arr Appaloosas in De Winton, Alberta, Canada, that horse could be Ima Docs High Sign, their World champion freestyle reining stallion. Or, it could be an unregistered Appaloosa mare named "Dusty." Ima Docs High Sign is-the horse that has put Cee Arr Appaloosas on the map and will carry their breeding program into the future.
