摘要

We propose a simple and rapid procedure which allown for the elective monitoring in soluting of toxic compounds which behave as uncoplers of the oxidatioe phosphorlation Since all phenols are uncoupers of the oxidative phosphorlation the procedure allows for the selective monitoring in solution of phenols even in presence of other toxic comjpounds The biological sensor are the mitochondiia from beef heart This biosensor is easily avaiable without a stabular and therefore the biosensor and the whole procedure is very simple and not expensive.By linear redgrassion anaysis ot resuts that the procedure well reddicts the response of the standard fish method to jphenols.Therefore the procedure can be utilized as prescreeing anaysis for the monitoring the phenols in aqueous samples.
