Turning machine against revolving transfer and milling centre

When Maschinenfabrik Hunger decided to expand its product range to include components for valves and fittings, it became clear that it would have to invest in new processing machines. First, new rotary transfer machines would be needed to replace those previously used. At the same time, however, miling machines were also considered as alternatives. Then, when the final decision had practically been made in favour of milling machines, the Schuster Prazision VTM-350 vertical lathe platform came up for discussion and was ultimately adopted.
