Facile Synthesis of Zn/N-doped CuO and Their Application in Oxygen Evolution Reaction

摘要

Zn/N-doped CuO have been prepared by a series of processes like stirring, soaking and calcination. Firstly, Zn-ZIF precursors were synthesized by a simple stirring method, which is the source of Zn element. And then after a series of soaking and calcination, CuO hydrangeas doped with Zn/N were successfully synthesized. The calcination temperature was changed to control the samples’ morphology and their performances. The obtained samples showed different electrocatalytic properties in 1 M KOH solution. These samples were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray powder diffraction (XRD), high resolution transmission electron microscope (HRTEM), energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS) and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). Electrocatalytic properties of the three samples have been briefly discussed.
