China’s tungsten exports increased during January-June on firmer demand from European and Asian markets. Total exports of tungsten products over the six-month period rose by 26pc from a year earlier to 13,473t, customs data show. Seaborne consumers showed firmer restocking demand during the first few months of this year, after maintaining low inventories in 2020 because of uncertainty created by the Covid-19 pandemic.
