摘要

Recently,metal-organic frameworks(MOFs)have been effectively established as potential nanocarriers for the drug delivery.In this study,we have examined a novel framework containing TiO2@Chitosan@ZIF-8 for the delivery of acyclovir(ACV).The structure elucidation and physicochemical characterization of the prepared nanocarrier were investigated by various spectroscopic techniques such as Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy(UV-Vis),energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy(EDX),X-ray diffraction(XRD),field emission scanning electron microscopy(FE-SEM),brunauer-emmett-teller(BET),and thermal gravimetric analysis(TGA).The obtained results demonstrated that 90% of the acyclovir was loaded on the TiO2@Chitosan@ZIF-8 framework.The drug release study was performed in PBS(phosphate buffer saline,pH:7.4)and AB(acetate buffer,pH:5)solutions,which showed 78% and 82% release within 3 days.
