Europe: Bi rises, APT at 2-year high

Low inventories, rising demand and tight raw materials supply drove European tungsten intermediates prices to a two-year high today, moving higher in line with strengthening domestic Chinese market. Meanwhile, antimony prices fell on low demand in Europe following a rally that pushed prices to an eight-year high. Bismuth prices rose in response to Chinese export prices stabilizing at a higher level. Across the other electronic metal markets, tighter quarantine restrictions across most of Europe continue to dampen demand, leaving prices unchanged for gallium, germanium, indium selenium and tellurium.
