Ionic enters into RE deal with China's Chinalco unit

Australia-based Ionic Rare Earths has entered into an initial agreement with China Rare Metals and Rare Earth (Jiangsu) to cooperate in accelerating the development of the Makuutu rare earths project in Uganda. The non-binding initial agreement includes the potential for offtake deals and project funding, the Perth-based company said.
