Degree of satisfaction with work depends on a set of factors, both internal, and external in relation to the person. However at a big variety of factors and various orientation of their influence on the person, in Tashkent medical academy the following characteristics of work on which degree of satisfaction of professorial teachers with the work rather steadily depends are selected: character and content of work; the volume of the performed work; condition of a workplace; relations with the principal and colleagues; compensation; possibilities of advance on work; schedule, rules of conduct, etc.
