MMC and CECC to Set up Joint Venture Company by Making Joint Investment

Mongolian Mining Corporation (MMC), Mongolia made an agreement with CHN Energy Coal Coking Co., Ltd. (CECC), China for the purpose of setting up a joint venture company to handle the coal distribution at the border between Mongolia and China. Accordingly, the joint venture company will be set up in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region by being jointly funded by Energy Resources LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of MMC and CECC.
