PDVSA’s CRP refinery rate rises to 13.5% of capacity

Caracas, Venezuela—Venezuela’s 955,000 b/d Paraguana Refining Center (CRP) is currently operating at 129,000 b/d, or 13.5% of its capacity, up from 11.2% on Feb. 1, according to a technical report seen by S&P Global Platts. Located in northwest Venezuela, CRP includes the 645,000 b/d Amuay and 310,000 b/d Cardon refining facilities.
