Pittsburgh—Price sentiments for April trading are diverging on prime and obsolete scrap grades after respective $70/lt and $50/lt increases in March. Much like the month of January, obsolete scrap price expectations are coming under pressure from softening export prices and a highprice environment expected to drive strong flows to the market, especially with winter weather breaking.
