Singapore—Seaborne metallurgical coal prices were mostly rangebound Feb. 17 amid thin buying interest due to the ongoing Lunar New Year celebrations in China. S&P Global Platts assessed Premium Low Vol down 25 cents/mt to $139.75/mt FOB Australia, and PLV CFR China steady at $222/mt CFR China Feb. 17.
