Turkey's BMS to raise wire mesh capacity and build solar power plant

Stock exchange listed Turkish steel wire mesh producer, BMS Steel Wire, will raise its capacity with a new mill in Aliaga/Izmir, while it will also build a solar power plant on the roof of its existing mill in Manisa, western Turkey, S&P Global Platts learned from a company statement June 29. The company is planning to increase its current indoor area in Aliaga/Izmir to 10,000 square meters by enclosing another 7,500 square meters of its 40,000 square meters there.
