India’s BPCL, MRPL plan full capacity in Sep-Oct

Indian state-controlled refners BPCL and MRPL are planning to operate at 100pc of capacity from September or October, up from around 85-90pc now, sources familiar with the matter told Argus. State-run refners will increase their crude purchases for September-October processing, market participants said, although volume details could not be confrmed.
