Tupras plans Izmit 4Q maintenance

Turkish refner Tupras has plans to conduct two weeks of main- tenance on the crude distillation unit at its 227,000 b/d Izmit refnery in the fourth quarter. It has postponed planned maintenance on the vacuum distillation unit and the lubricants complex at its 227,000 b/d Izmir refnery to next year.
