Asian demand rebounds

Asia-Pacific buying interest in Atlantic basin grades is starting to rebound, pointing to a potential demand recovery in the region. Indian state-run refiner IOC has returned to the market for the first time in just over a month, after the country's devastating Covid-19 outbreak stalled oil demand and suppressed refiners' need for crude. IOC issued three separate buy tenders for a wide array of Atlantic basin grades, including west African, North Sea and US, loading between mid-June and early July.
