摘要

Australia-based mining company South32 expects to conclude the sale of its South African coal business to local firm Seriti Resources next month, despite Covid-19 challenges, the firm said today. South32 chief executive Graham Kerr said during a webcast that he still expects the company to complete its sale of South Africa Energy Coal by 31 March, but admitted that “distractions in the country” had led to the deal “taking time”.
