Supporting development and building trade capacity

Support for development and building trade capacity has grown in importance at the WTO and is now a central focus of the organization's activities. Much of the work in this area is conducted through the Committee on Trade and Development (CTD) which held a commemorative event in November 2016 to mark its 100~(th) session.
