摘要

The objective of this project is to enhance Capacity of the Government of Colombia to better respond to increased openness and the opportunities created by the newly negotiated Free Trade Agreement with the United States of America. The project includes capacity building (and its related analytical underpinnings) of all major government Ministries including but not limited to the Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Trade, Industry and Tourism (including Proexport), Ministry of Labor, Ministry of Education, Ministry of Energy, Ministry of Education, Ministry of Social Protection, The Central Bank of Colombia, the Congress and the Senate.
